This May is going to be a important marking point of my life. Firstly I am going to start my advance diploma in Mass Communication. It embarks my journey to another era of new horizons. Secondly, I am also going to be a confirmed staff at my current job this end of month.
For my studies, I am not pinning my hopes too high but definitely I will give myself high expectations. I weigh the fact that my energy level would not be that high after work and my level of concentration would not be high.
I had earlier heard from my colleagues that after confirmation there would be some adjustments to my current pay. I hope it would be satisfactory because I really need some increment. My financial burden is considered high. About 40% of my pay is tied down for repayment of insurance, CPF loan for poly and course fees instalment. Another 20% is used for my siblings mobile line, my house fixed line, my own line and internet bill. 7% on transport, the rest will constitute all my food, household items and daily necessities. It seems merely enough but actually not enough because my electric bills and conservancy charges are all rolling with interest and penalties. Haiz.. really have to earn more...
